DESCRIPTION:World Oceans Day celebration on Killiney Beach with KBCC \nThanks to all our volunteers\, contributors and visitors to our beach clean-up and stone art stand on World Oceans Day at Killiney Beach. \nKilliney Bay Community Council (KBCC) endeavours to raise awareness of the vital importance of our oceans in everyday life and the role they play in sustaining a healthy planet. Come along for part or all of the event\, have a dip or a stretch\, meet some locals and help us keep the beach squeaky clean! Let’s protect that blue flag while we have it. \nJust turn up or register your interest at info@killineycommunitycouncil.ie \n  \nThanking our volunteers\nA huge thanks to all our enthusiastic volunteers of all ages who regularly take part in the beach clean-ups\, as well as those who do so on their own merit all year round. \nCompany volunteering\nWe are also very happy to hook up with companies in the vicinity wanting to get their staff out for a morning\, afternoon or evening clean-up\, helping you to tick that ‘corporate social responsibility’ box.
